Even though Oregon and Arizona State still both have to face Southern Cal in Los Angeles, Thursday’s matchup between the Ducks and Sun Devils could well be a preview of the Pac-12 Championship Game. UO is a 9.5-point favorite onVegassportsbetting.com.

It’s the second straight Thursday night game for ASU. Last week, the Sun Devils crushed Colorado 51-17. Rashad Ross returned the second-half kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown that turned a close game into a rout.
Taylor Kelly threw for 308 yards and five touchdowns, including three to tailback Marion Grice covering 37, 16 and 20 yards as the Sun Devils (5-1, 3-0 Pac-12) won their third straight game. Kelly was 20-of-28, and when he wasn’t completing screen passes, he was tucking the ball and taking off for equally big gains, finishing with 67 yards on scrambles. The Sun Devils have suffocated the conference competition outscoring them 115-41.
The matchup is notable for Oregon as it will be the Ducks’ first true road test this season and just the sixth time in ASU history that a team ranked #1 or #2 in the AP Poll has visited Sun Devil Stadium.
