Two years have passed since the USA women’s soccer team let the World Cup slip away from them in an upset loss to Japan. The game will feature two of the greatest goal scorers in women’s soccer history in America’s Abby Wambach and Canada’s Christine Sinclair. Sinclair is the all-time leader in goals for Canada’s national team with 134 in international play while Wambach is second behind only Mia Hamm for the United States with 138 in international play. Both strikers will likely play a big role in the outcome of this game.
The USA women’s team is 13-1-1 in 15 games this year and currently ranks No. 1 in the world.
