Baltimore is at 14/1 on the current Bovada Super Bowl odds list, which puts them fifth behind the Packers (6/1), Patriots (7/1), Saints (17/2), Texans (12/1), and rival Steelers (12/1).

The Ravens won the AFC North title over the Steelers on a tiebreaker this season then got past the Houston Texans 20-13 in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. Baltimore, though, wasn’t able to knock off the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game, with a missed field goal by Billy Cundiff late in that contest sealing their fate.

Still, the Ravens did get a solid game from quarterback Joe Flacco against the Patriots – he went 22 of 36 for 306 yards passing with two touchdowns and one interception, and actually posted better numbers on the day than the Pats’ Tom Brady.

That should keep Flacco at the team’s helm for next season, and the Ravens will also be busy getting star running back Ray Rice under contract this spring. Rice rushed for 1,364 yards and 12 touchdowns this past season, and is in line for a lucrative long-term deal from the team.

Baltimore has to work out new deals with guard Ben Grubbs and defensive back Lardarius Webbas well, with Grubbs a top candidate to receive the team’s franchise tag. Based on the end of the AFC Championship Game, the Ravens might also be in the market for a new kicker this offseason.
