Heidi Klum shocked her guests last night with her outrageous Halloween costume during her 13th annual Halloween bash at Tao Las Vegas. This year, the Project Runway star used some of her own fashion sense and creativity to come up with a recreation of the human body minus the epidermal layer. She was all muscle so to speak…

Heidi who is known for throwing her celebrity-studded Halloween parties manages to outdo her previous costume every year with last year’s contribution being a futuristic purple and red robot costume on stilts.

This year’s Klum went for the gore factor as she was wheeled into her party on a gurney where a white sheet covered her bloody body suit which was air brushed to perfection. Her face alone took a total of three hours to create and as a true celeb, she kept fans updated with her progress via Twitter.

During each Tweet update she revealed more veins, more muscle tissue until she finally reached the final steps before her unveiling. The costume was inspired by a current exhibition currently at the Luxor Las Vegas Hotel called, Bodies: The Exhibition that expose dissected body parts all for educational purposes of course.
